Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

robot vacuum cleaners best vacuum cleaners and mops are a great way to quickly clean up mess. The best robot vacuums and mops that I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as wires that were strung up.

They're also simple to use with an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and see what they're up to.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combo with cutting-edge features look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and was able to pick up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface that includes a miniature map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen for manual control.

Another noteworthy characteristic of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more frequently when it encounters dust while it will prioritize carpeted areas to mop with a damp pad.

It has a variety of other innovative features as well, including a different dock that connects to your plumbing to wash and clean the mop roller, without having you to manually refill it. You can also make use of voice commands using the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those seeking a hands free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities. It's among the many combo robot vacuums with mopping features that are also offered at a lower price than competitors.

Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This includes setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot is able to begin cleaning and mopping easily.

It's important to note that the mapping process can take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets a good picture of your living space. The object detection is also hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles but it was stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and had to flip over to release itself. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who want an all-in-one cleaning companion.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features a rotating motion similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just cleaned. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that enables you to get into places that robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.

This model is essentially identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa and other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging station at the end of each task to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place the debris into bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system clean and prevents allergens from recirculating. The battery life is long enough to remove large areas without the need for an additional charge during cleaning.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop that offers impressive features at an affordable price. It is equipped with powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets, and a fantastic obstacle-avoiding. It also boasts a unique mopping method, which utilizes a continuous roller dosed with water to pick dirt and then deposit it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without crashing and staying clear of stairs. However, it struggled with fine-grained debris and wasn't always able to clear raised room thresholds. Its operating noise is also high, so it may be less of a set-and-forget model than some.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on a routine schedule. Eufy's application lets you control all its functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers on the market. It offers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with decent precision. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones and customize cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to prevent hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads spinning at 180 RPM, while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with smart carpet detectors, which lift these pads up when they are close to soft surfaces to keep them from getting contaminated.

The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free center for maintenance which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with water and detergent. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of hassle-free operation unlike conventional robot vacuums that empty their bins of dust every time they are cleaned.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars more than the S8 This robot is a slick job at keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to build a map of your space and knows where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.

It also has some outstanding notable features, like a self-emptying dust bin and a mop pad self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.

It has the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets with high-pile rugs. And, if you want to save time, it can even skip mopping in rooms that aren't filthy. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities this is a great option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is an excellent option. It comes with a wide range of features, including a self emptying dustbin and a separate dock to refill water, and customizable settings via the app. It's surprisingly quiet, and it's able to maneuver around furniture legs and socks with ease. It can't pick the tangled tassels of a rug and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've tried.

With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It also comes with a variety of cleaning modes to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for light debris to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for carpeted rooms. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach the mop pads without causing your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in small spaces. It's quiet and quick, and it does a great job of getting around tight spots. It also does a very excellent job of pulling pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't compromise features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be configured to take photos of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they will not be picked up again during future cleanings. The photos are secured and aren't linked to your account.

It is great at vacuuming, but it's not so well at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and then it drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
